Over the past ten years Michael has run, grown and successfully exited four venture backed technology and business service companies. The foundation and genesis of the best practices provided by Diligence ReadyTM comes directly from leading theses companies through their growth and exit combined with the wisdom, input and guidance from numerous private equity executives, company CEO and CFOs, investment bankers and M&A attorneys.

Michael received his bachelors degree in accounting from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and his MBA with a concentration in finance from Columbia University.
