Q. Is our data secure?

Q. Who owns the documents when hosted in your data centers?
A. Your firm will continue to own the documents. We are simply the custodians managing and maintaining access in a highly secure fashion.
Q. Who will manage my data?
A. You will continue to manage and administer your own data. Diligence Ready™ facilitates the creation of users, user groups, data access permissions and relieves you from managing and maintaining servers, updating operating systems, creating/maintain virtual document services software, and creating and enforcing enterprise class data security
Q. Can someone who is unauthorized read my documents?
A. No, this will never happen. Strong security and authentication measures are in place to prevent unauthorized data access. Software based user activity monitors are in place and any unusual activity is flagged and the user session is terminated automatically.
Q. How easy will it be to get my documents out of your system if we choose to use a different solution?
A. As these are your documents, upon written notice we will facilitate in moving all of your electronic data repository to a portable data storage device
Q. I have forgotten my password.
A. Please navigate to your Deal Room login page. There you will find a “Forgot Your Password?” directly below the “Login” button. Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link and enter your email address – a new password will be sent to you within a few minutes.
Q. How do I get help and/or support?
A. Our technical support goal is to provide users with the best experience possible when using the Diligence ReadyTM services. When logged in to your customized data site, online help is always available by clicking the Help link at the top right of the menu bar. If you still have a questions support is always available. Submit an email Support Request anytime 24×7. It will be answered as quickly as possible. During business hours – generally within 15 minutes. After business hours we respond as quickly as possible, but your support request may be answered the first of the next business day.
