At Diligence Ready™ Data Security, Reliability and Confidentiality is of highest importance.

1. All data is hosted at two geographically remote, highly secure Sunguard SAS 70 Level II compliant data centers

   Software is protected by the following

• 128 bit SSL security certificate for data encryption
• Network firewalls and antivirus and intrusion applications
• Industry top rated application firewall that actively monitors user behavior to ensure it is within acceptable parameters of application use. Any unusual behavior is flagged and the user session is terminated automatically

2. User level security and Digital Rights Management (DRM)

• User level security and Digital Rights Management (DRM) are provided such that each user that accesses your secure data site has a unique user name and password that must be entered each time that they log in. DRM capabilities are provided via a FileOpen Plug In. The FileOpen Plug-In is in widespread use and is installed in many high security environments including major governments and financial institutions (more at http://www.fileopen.com)

3. Personnel Security

• As people are the center of any system’s security all Diligence ReadyTM employees as well as those at all of our technology partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and not permitted nor able to access client level document files. Support staff cannot access client document files during standard support calls and can only access client documents after being granted written permission by the Client and approval from Diligence Ready senior management to assist a Client is addressing and resolving a support question. All client site access is automatically logged and recorded.
