Founders is $0 forever. Standard is $99/mo for up to 10 users. Growth ($250, 25 users) and Scale ($500, 100 users) are coming soon. Annual billing is two months free.
Do you charge per seat?
There's no line item for an extra person inside your tier. Each tier includes a set number of internal and investor users together — 3 on Founders, 10 on Standard, 25 on Growth, 100 on Scale — so adding an investor doesn't add to the bill until you outgrow the tier.
How do AI credits work?
Every plan includes monthly credits for AI features like cap-table questions and reading signed documents into your cap table. Credits reset monthly. If you need more, credit packs start at $5 and get cheaper per credit the more you buy. Packs never expire.
What's the annual discount?
Two months free: pay ten months for twelve. Standard works out to $82.50/mo, billed as $990/year.
Can I change plans later?
